2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Tarx for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Privacy & Data

Tarx is local-first. Your conversations are stored locally by default. Cloud features are opt-in and transparent.

4. SMS & Voice Services

Consent to Receive Messages: By providing your phone number and enabling TARX Talk & Text features, you consent to receive SMS text messages and voice calls from Tarx. This includes:

• Service notifications and alerts
• Automated responses to your messages
• System status updates

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your usage and activity. You may receive occasional automated alerts.

Standard Rates: Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by:

• Texting STOP to any message from Tarx
• Disabling SMS features in your account settings
• Contacting support at hello@tarx.com
